Every order ships fully tracked and carefully packaged. Glass and ceramic pieces are double-boxed with custom foam so they arrive exactly as they left us.

You'll receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and a tracking link the moment it ships. Delivery windows depend on the destination and are quoted before you pay — we would rather give you the real window than a flattering one.
