Email studio@lumitemplighting.com with your order number and the item you'd like to send back.
Repack the item in its original box with all hardware and accessories included.
We email you a prepaid return label — drop it at any carrier location.
Once it reaches us and passes inspection, your refund is issued within 3–5 business days.
If something arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, email studio@lumitemplighting.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll ship a replacement or issue a refund right away — no need to send the damaged piece back first.
